Security

iWorld recognizes that security for you the customer is of paramount importance in deciding to do business with us. For this reason, when you use the iWorld website, you can be assured that we employ the highest level of security to protect your orders and your personal information/particulars.

Our Security Measures : At iWorld, we use the latest 128 bit digital encryption certificate to protect your data when it is being sent over the internet. Each time you visit our secure pages, your browser is sent a digital certificate. This certificate securely identifies the site you are connecting to, and is used to establish the encrypted session. You can confirm that your Internet secured session is encrypted by the appearance of a "lock" symbol at the foot of your browser and the address of your web browser will change from "http://" to "https://"

At the moment, Credit Card facilities has not been integrated into the eCommerce Engine. This additional purchasing option would eventually be introduced at a later stage.

Fraud
Unauthorized use of a credit card, use of an invalid card and/or the provision of a false name and/or personal details will be considered fraudulent. All fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authority & subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

How do we Collect Information?

Ordering from iWorld

An order placed by you is an offer to purchase a particular product(s) at the published price and delivery charges specified on our website. All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by iWorld. When you place an order with iWorld, you will receive a confirmation email prior to your order being processed. We will again notify you once your order has been processed and is ready to ship. If there is any delay in supplying/shipping an item in your order we will notify you accordingly.

iWorld or it's nominated carrier or agent (ABX Express - Domestic / UPS - International) will deliver the goods you have ordered to the delivery address specified by you in your order. If you are unavailable to receive your goods, then an authorized signatory must be present, as goods will not be left unattended.
 

If your goods include products in respect of which the law prescribes a minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age prescribed by law to receive such goods. If you are unavailable to receive your goods, then an authorized signatory must be present and you must ensure that this person is over the prescribed age. Photo identification may be required and delivery may be refused if proof of age is not available.

If there is no one at the delivery address or no one of the prescribed age to receive the goods, then iWorld may charge you a 10% service fee. We reserve the right to apply or waive the 10% service fee at it's absolute discretion.

Once the goods are delivered and received by you or your authorized signatory, you will own the goods and it becomes your responsibility if they are lost, damaged or stolen.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure up-to-date product images and product specifications on our site, goods that you receive may differ.

Special delivery.
iWorld endeavours to get your order to you as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee to meet our scheduled delivery times on all occasions. Delivery times are indicative only and iWorld does not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

We deliver by ABX Express nationwide for orders within Malaysia and via UPS Express for all international orders/deliveries.

Delivery Guide for International Orders
Usually within 3 Business Days via UPS (Express). May take up to 4 Business Days in the event the shipment is held back for customs clearance at your country of destination. International customers, please be aware that you are responsible for any additional duties, fees, taxes or tariff imposed by your customs officials on shipments entering your country. The large majority of our products are in stock and we will always notify you of any delay prior to processing your payment.

Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing and shipping without penalty. Orders cancelled during or after processing will be subject to a 10% service fee payable immediately. iWorld reserves the right to apply or waive such fee at our absolute discretion.

Manufacturers Warranty
All products unless noted otherwise, are sold with a full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty terms and period will vary between manufacturers and products. All claims for warranty service outside fourteen days should firstly be directed to the product's manufacturer or authorized service centre. If you are then directed to return the product to whom you purchased, then you must contact us immediately to arrange the return.

Damage and Loss/Passage of Fitness
All risk of damage or loss is transferred to you upon dispatch of the goods/item to the advised mailing address. iWorld undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but is not responsible for any damage or loss of your purchase in transit, nor does iWorld insure against loss or damage of your purchase in transit.
