Renoraine recognizes that security for you the customer is of paramount importance in deciding to do business with us. For this reason, when you use the Renoraine Online website, you can be assured that we employ the highest level of security to protect your orders and your personal information/particulars.

Our Security Measures : At Renoraine, we use the latest 128 bit digital encryption certificate to protect your data when it is being sent over the internet. Each time you visit our secure pages, your browser is sent a digital certificate. This certificate securely identifies the site you are connecting to, and is used to establish the encrypted session. You can confirm that your Internet secured session is encrypted by the appearance of a "lock" symbol at the foot of your browser and the address of your web browser will change from "http://" to "https://"

At the moment, Credit Card facilities has not been integrated into the eCommerce Engine. This additional purchasing option would eventually be introduced at a later stage.

Fraud

Unauthorized use of a credit card, use of an invalid card and/or the provision of a false name and/or personal details will be considered fraudulent. All fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authority & subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

All trademarks (TM/SM), word marks, trade names, patents, copyrights, registered names/designs, graphical imagery/inline images and other intellectual property rights embodied in or in connection with this website, products and any related information, documentation, parts or software are the sole property of their respective owners and/or holders.

Any unauthorized usage, misuse, presentation or misrepresentation of the above terms of intellectual property constitutes an unauthorized act of infringement and would be dealt with accordingly.

We give you the highest assurance that all information gathered here are strictly private & confidential and we will not sell, rent, share or make available to any individual or company without your prior consent. We are however, at liberty to disclose such information to the relevant governing authorities in the event a criminal act/fraud has been committed and we are prepared to assist the relevant governing authorities should the need arise.

How do we Collect Information?

Various information used for statistical analysis, including where you were referred from, your computer IP (Internet Protocol) address, your browser type and the pages that you visit, is collected whilst you browse our web pages. This information is used to improve our website to allow you faster & more efficient access and is never linked together with personal information you enter into the online system. Whilst you browse our catalog, you will remain completely anonymous to us. We will request information from you when you create an online account with us only. This information is used to enable you to order products and services quickly and efficiently and to allow us to contact you regarding enquiries or orders should the need arise.

You will required to use a browser such as IE 4 (Internet Explorer 4) or higher, or Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher in order for you to purchase products or services online.

Orders

An order placed by you is an offer to purchase a particular product(s) at the published price and delivery charges specified on our website. All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Renoraine.

When you place an order with Renoraine, you will receive a confirmation email prior to your order being processed. We will again notify you once your order has been processed and is ready to ship. If there is any delay in supplying/shipping an item in your order we will notify you accordingly.

Renoraine or it's nominated carrier or agent (ABX Express - Domestic / UPS - International) will deliver the goods you have ordered to the delivery address specified by you in your order. If you are unavailable to receive your goods, then an authorized signatory must be present, as goods will not be left unattended.
 

If your goods include products in respect of which the law prescribes a minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age prescribed by law to receive such goods. If you are unavailable to receive your goods, then an authorized signatory must be present and you must ensure that this person is over the prescribed age. Photo identification may be required and delivery may be refused if proof of age is not available.

If there is no one at the delivery address or no one of the prescribed age to receive the goods, then Renoraine may charge you a 10% service fee. We reserve the right to apply or waive the 10% service fee at it's absolute discretion.

Once the goods are delivered and received by you or your authorized signatory, you will own the goods and it becomes your responsibility if they are lost, damaged or stolen.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure up-to-date product images and product specifications on our site, goods that you receive may differ.

Delivery

Renoraine endeavours to get your order to you as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee to meet our scheduled delivery times on all occasions. Delivery times are indicative only and Renoraine does not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

We deliver by ABX Express nationwide for orders within Malaysia and via UPS (Express) for all international orders/deliveries.

Delivery Guide for International Orders

Usually within 3 Business Days via UPS (Express). May take up to 4 Business Days in the event the shipment is held back for customs clearance at your country of destination.

International customers, please be aware you are responsible for any additional duties, fees, taxes or tariff imposed by your customs officials on shipments entering your country.

The large majority of our products are in stock and we will always notify you of any delay prior to processing your payment.

General Notes for Delivery

• A signature is required for all deliveries.

• We can not deliver to PO Box addresses.

• The usual delivery times as listed above are for delivery to suburban Malaysia/International addresses that are included in the overnight delivery network of the applicable courier. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas.

• Delivery by local courier (ABX Express) within Malaysia is during business hours, 9.00am-6.00pm, Monday to Friday, and latest 12.00pm on Saturday.

• Delivery by international courier (UPS Express) for foreign countries is during business hours, 9.00am-6.00pm, Monday to Friday, and latest 12.00pm on Saturday.

• Domestic Delivery is via ABX Express courier delivery. Consignment details will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order, thus enabling your order to be tracked online via the respective website(s) available - http://www.abxexpress.com.my 

• International Delivery is via UPS (Express) freight delivery. Consignment details will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order, thus enabling your order to be tracked online via the respective website(s) available - http://www.ups.com

Payment

All orders must be paid for prior to shipment. Local orders would be in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR$) whilst international orders would be in US Dollar (USD$).

Renoraine may alter or vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by vendors/manufacturers/wholesalers/suppliers on prior notice to you. For each order you place, you agree to pay the relevant applicable price at the time of placing the order.

PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL (WORLDWIDE)

Payment can be made by American Express, Visa or MasterCard via PayPal for large orders only. Credit card payments are not automatically processed upon order submittal. Payments are processed only when order is verified. Please note that the additional option of payment using credit cards via PayPal is applicable for both domestic & international residents subject to our in-house terms & conditions.

Renoraine is unable to accept COD Orders, be it local or international, and no further exception could be made at this stage.

Returns Policy

All goods sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable for cash/store credits. This is applicable to both domestic/international orders. We would only provide an exception in the event that the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt, as well as products covered by our In-House Warranty (as opposed to Manufacturer's Warranty). Terms & conditions apply.
 

We will gladly exchange the product upon presentation of the original Renoraine Sales Invoice & Warranty Card if the product is deemed to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. Similarly, the same would apply for products covered by our In-House Warranty. Terms & conditions apply.

The appropriate returns policy must be followed for the exchange. Delivery and packaging charges are refundable if as a result of our error the goods were supplied incorrectly. These delivery and packaging charges are not refundable except as expressed here and Renoraine reserves the right to apply or waive the delivery and packaging charges at our absolute discretion.

All goods returned, be it defective or otherwise, will require you to notify us of your intention to return and must include the following information:

Renoraine accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring during transport of the return.

Unless stated otherwise under this Returns Policy, Renoraine reserves the right to refuse any returns that are :

• incomplete or have missing parts,

• are not returned in their original packing,

• either the product or packaging is damaged during transport or

• the customer simply does not want the purchased item.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing and shipping without penalty. Orders cancelled during or after processing will be subject to a 10% service fee payable immediately. Renoraine reserves the right to apply or waive such fee at our absolute discretion.

Manufacturers Warranty

All products unless noted otherwise, are sold with a full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty terms and period will vary between manufacturers and products.

All claims for warranty service outside fourteen days should be firstly directed to the products manufacturer or authorized service centre. If you are then directed to return the product from whom you purchased, then you must contact us immediately to arrange the return.

Damage and Loss/Passage of Fitness

All risk of damage or loss is transferred to you upon dispatch of the goods/item to the advised mailing address. Renoraine undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but is not responsible for any damage or loss of your purchase in transit, nor does Renoraine insure against loss or damage of your purchase in transit.

Third Party/Referral Links

Renoraine Online website may display referral advertising hyperlinks. Renoraine does not endorse or recommend the products, services or content of the third party site nor does it take any responsibility for the contents of any linked web sites from that site. Renoraine is absolved from any responsibility of any results as a consequence of you linking to these sites.

Limited Liability

Renoraine will to the extent permitted by law, not be liable to you or any other person under any circumstances for any loss of use, profit, revenue, interest, goodwill or data, or for any injury or death to any person, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages sustained or incurred by you, whether such liability arises directly or indirectly as a result of, but not limited to :

• Any negligence, omission or wilful misconduct of Renoraine or its employees, agents, dealers or resellers;

• the supply, performance or use of any products or services; or

• any breach by Renoraine of its obligations under these terms and conditions or any relevant sales contract thereof.

Renoraine does not promise that repair facilities or parts will be available in respect of the products.
