RETURNS POLICY
If it's
broken,
we'll fix it.
All goods sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable
for cash/store credits. This is applicable to both
domestic/international orders. We would only provide an
exception in the event that the product is faulty or damaged
upon receipt, as well as products covered by our In-House
Warranty (as opposed to Manufacturer's Warranty). Terms &
conditions apply.
Change it.
We will gladly exchange the product upon presentation of the
original iWorld Sales Invoice + Warranty Card (if
available) if the product is deemed to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. Similarly, the same would apply for products covered by our In-House Warranty. Terms &
conditions apply.
Return it.
The appropriate returns policy must be followed for the
exchange. Delivery and packaging charges are refundable if as a
result of our error the goods were supplied incorrectly. These
delivery and packaging charges are not refundable except as
expressed here and iWorld reserves the right to apply or waive the delivery and packaging charges at our absolute discretion.

What you need to know.First.
Most of Apple products are covered with a One (1) Year
International Warranty from the date of purchase & subsequent
product registration. The iPhone is the only exception, and the
iWorld In-House Warranty would come into play in the absence of
an official Apple warranty. Most electronic accessories would
have their own manufacturer's warranty - if not, it would be
covered by a standard Three (3) Months Limited Warranty. All
non-electronic accessories (such as iPhone leather case, iPad
folio case, etc) would be covered by a limited Seven (7) Days
Limited Warranty against defects only.

This is how you do it.
All goods to be returned, be it defective or otherwise, will require you to notify us
in advance via email of your intention to return and must include the following information:
A photocopy of the
sales invoice & warranty card must be included with the returned product and the product must be
shipped to the following address :

iWorld accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring during transport of the return.
Unless stated otherwise under this Returns Policy,
iWorld reserves the right to refuse any returns that are :

incomplete or have missing parts,
-
are not returned in their original packing,
-
either the product or packaging is damaged during transport or
-
the customer simply does not want the purchased item.
