RETURNS POLICY
All goods sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable for cash/store credits. This is applicable to both domestic/international orders. We would only provide an exception in the event that the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt, as well as products covered by our In-House Warranty (as opposed to Manufacturer's Warranty). Terms & conditions apply.
We will gladly exchange the product upon presentation of the
original Renoraine Sales Invoice & Warranty Card if the product is deemed to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. Similarly, the same would apply for products covered by our In-House Warranty. Terms &
conditions apply.
The appropriate returns policy must be followed for the
exchange. Delivery and packaging charges are refundable if as a
result of our error the goods were supplied incorrectly. These
delivery and packaging charges are not refundable except as
expressed here and Renoraine reserves the right to apply or waive the delivery and packaging charges at our absolute discretion.
All goods returned, be it defective or otherwise, will require you to notify us of your intention to return and must include the following information:
A photocopy of the
sales invoice & warranty card must be included with the returned product and the product must be returned to the following address :

Renoraine accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring during transport of the return.
Unless stated otherwise under this Returns Policy, Renoraine reserves the right to refuse any returns that are :

incomplete or have missing parts,
-
are not returned in their original packing,
-
either the product or packaging is damaged during transport or
-
the customer simply does not want the purchased item.
